Jaarbeurs engaged the House of Inclusion to conduct a Strategy Sprint aimed at analyzing their current efforts in diversity and inclusion, as well as identifying future opportunities for improvement. The primary objective was to establish a more robust foundation for diversity and inclusion within the company, ensuring that the development of their new events center would be inclusive of all visitors. House of Inclusion facilitated a session involving key members of the Jaarbeurs team to gather comprehensive input, feedback, and aspirations. The collaboration resulted in an advisory report, co-created during the Strategy Sprint, outlining strategic recommendations for moving forward.

This project presented a unique and engaging challenge as it allowed us to address diversity and inclusion on two fronts: within the company's internal operations and in the management of their event venue.
The opportunity to shape both aspects was crucial in ensuring that these values were deeply embedded in every facet of the organisation. House of Inclusion hosted a deep dive session of a full day to gather all relevant information on the company, collect data and utilise all info for an outstanding advisory report. Additionally, House of Inclusion collaborated with Jaarbeurs for their diversity week, hosting a workshop for colleagues from different teams.
