Job Title: Master of Multitasking - Project Manager

Location: Your couch, our offiice, or anywhere with Wi-Fi

About us:

We are House of Inclusion, we're on a mission to make every company a DE&I champion! We believe in the power of representation, the magic of rolmodels, and the absolute necessity of colourful sticky notes.

The role:

Are you the type of person who dreams in charts and wakes up thinking about the most beautiful presentation decks? Do you find joy in creating order out of chaos and thrive on making lists (and checking them twice)? Do you believe that diversity isn’t just a buzzword but a way of life? If you answered "yes" with a sparkle in your eye, then keep reading. You might be the Project Manager we're looking for!

Key responsibilities:

  • Operational wizardry: Manage projects like a maestro conducts an orchestra. Timelines, budgets, and resources? Consider them handled.

  • Deck dynamo: Create visually stunning and persuasive presentation decks that even Picasso would envy.

  • Proposal pro: Craft compelling proposals that make clients say, “Where do we sign?”

  • Structure savant: Implement and maintain systems and processes that keep our projects running smoother than a freshly greased slide.

  • DE&I devotee: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in everything we do, ensuring our projects reflect our mission.

  • Commercial crusader: Spot opportunities for growth and drive our commercial success like a Formula 1 driver on a victory lap.

You should be:

  • Obsessively organized: Your friends might call you a neat freak, but we’ll just call you a lifesaver.

  • Detail-obsessed: You notice the little things, like that extra space after a period or a misaligned text box.

  • Presentation prowess: Your PowerPoint skills are legendary. You know all the shortcuts and aren’t afraid to use them.

  • Proactive problem-solver: You don’t just wait for problems to come to you; you hunt them down and squash them like bugs.

  • DE&I enthusiast: You have a passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion, and it shows in your work.

  • Commercially minded: You understand that doing good and doing well aren’t mutually exclusive.

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record in project management with a portfolio of successful projects that you can brag about.

  • Skills: Mastery of project management tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to whip up a killer presentation in record time.

  • Attitude: Positive, energetic, and ready to tackle any challenge that comes your way.

  • Available one or two days a week: we’re looking for a champ to help us one to two days a week to start with, might develop to a more structural base

  • Freelance position: but everything is open for discussion

  • Start: as soon as possible

  • Flexible working: Whether you're a night owl or an early bird, we’ve got you covered.

  • Creative freedom: Your ideas matter. Seriously.

  • Impact: Be part of something bigger than yourself and help shape the future of DE&I.

  • Fun: We’re serious about our mission, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Expect laughter, team-building activities, and the occasional office prank.

How to Apply:

Send us a creative way to introduce yourself. Nothing is weird. Canva deck, video, LinkedIn page, postcard. Be creative! (bonus points if it’s in presentation deck form) and tell us why you’re the perfect fit for House of Inclusion. Show us your passion, and your operational superpowers.

Join us in making the world a better and more equal place, one project at a time.
