House of Inclusion is looking for a super-organized hero: personal/virtual assistant (8 hours a week)

Based in the netherlands, we help organizations transform into places where everyone feels they truly belong. We mix big ideas with practical solutions, add a pinch of creativity, and stir it all into engaging workshops and strategies that drive real change.  


About the role

We're looking for our next team member who loves checklists, hates chaos, and thrives on making things run like clockwork. you’ll be our go-to wizard for keeping the gears turning smoothly behind the scenes.  

What you’ll do

- Make sure calendars don’t look like a tetris game.  
- Organize meetings and events so we show up looking like pros (and on time!).  
- Help prep our fabulous workshops, trainings, and keynotes.  
- Wrangle emails and keep inboxes zen-like.  
- Keep our fiiles from becoming the wild west.  
- Handle any curveballs with grace and a sense of humor.  

What you bring to the table  

- A knack for staying organized and calm, even when things get hectic.  
- Excellent communication skills in both dutch and english.  
- A love for tech tools—think Microsoft Offiice and Teams.  
- Bonus points if you’re passionate about diversity and inclusion.
