Together with Sacha, I founded House of Inclusion in January 2024. I have a great passion for diversity and inclusion and strive to create safe workplaces wherever I go. I love spending time with family and friends, I've lived in Amsterdam for over 15 years, and have a passion for entrepreneurship. You can find me with a cocktail in hand or at a party in town.

I'm studying Applied Psychology - a super fun course! I have a strong sense of empathy and justice and hope to make the world a little better in my own way. This internship fits that perfectly and I look forward to learning a lot. In my spare time, I absolutely love movies, series and anime. So crazy that I even have a Pathé subscription. I also really love reading, especially fantasy, and my super sweet cat Jack.

  • Can you help us organize a (more) inclusive event?

Yes, you can. Depending on the size of the event, we help you determine how to create a safe space where everyone feels welcome and is actually welcome.

  • Can we also book you for an event?

Yes! We love inspiring others and are happy to help you take your event to the next level. See what we can do for you and contact us.

  • Our budget is not that big, can we still work with you?

Yes, absolutely. Because we offer various services, we are happy to see together what is possible within your budget. Feel free to get in touch to see what we can do together.

  • What is the best way to determine where to start or what our organization needs?

We are happy to plan an introductory call to see together what best suits your situation and organization. Leave your contact details and we will contact you.

  • How do we ensure that our international colleagues can attend the training courses, given that their political or religious background may be different?

We can host online sessions and always take everyone's background into account. All sessions are customized and tailored to the needs of your organization and the individuals therein. Want to know more about this? Feel free to book a call with us and we'll explain everything in detail.

  • What exactly do you mean by diversity, equality and inclusion?

DEI is like organizing a party. Everyone should be invited (diversity), everyone should have the same opportunity to get there (equality), and everyone should be asked to dance (inclusion). In our Strategy, Inspire and Support sessions, we dive deeper into how to achieve this in concrete terms.

  • Will you also help us create enthusiasm in the team for diversity, equality and inclusion, so that everyone wants to participate in the training courses?

Sure! Together, we'll figure out the best ways to get everyone on board — even the stubborn types. Think of fun assignments and interactive sessions where learning and fun go hand in hand.

  • Do we need to purchase a full program right away or can we start with a workshop, keynote or strategy sprint?

You can start small and go through the process step by step, but of course we also recommend thinking big!

  • I need someone to talk to about my work culture. Where can I go?

Most of the time, your HR team is there to support you. Find someone you're most comfortable with and share your concerns or ideas. That is the first step in the right direction.

  • What do you do?

At House of Inclusion, we take a holistic approach to Diversity, Equality and Inclusion. We work closely with you and your people to understand your unique challenges and opportunities, and then develop solutions that bring real, sustainable change. And trust us: getting serious can still be fun.

  • How big does our company have to be to work with you?

There is no limit. Everyone can become a DEI hero! We adapt our services to what you need, so feel free to send us a message.

SENIOR COMMUNITY MANAGER

It is a real pleasure to work with Sacha and Dani. They approached our concerns about promoting DEI in our workplace in a very insightful and creative way. They helped me raise awareness and channel our creativity to host and manage a number of highly successful events this year.

Fight for the things you care about, but do it in a way that encourages others to join you. House of Inclusion works entirely in the spirit of Ruth Bader Ginsburg (RBG) and fights positively for DEI, for and together with its customers. A very nice partner who has permanently added a blend to our office.
