Vacancy: Strategic DE&I Consultant

House of Inclusion is looking for a Strategic DE&I Consultant (medior/senior) who combines commercial sharpness with deep expertise in diversity, equity & inclusion. Someone who understands that real inclusion isn’t a one-off project, but a long-term shift in how we work, lead, and live together. 
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just know what belonging means, but knows how to sell it, strategically and with heart. A consultant who helps organizations take bold, thoughtful steps forward. 
 
What you will work on 
- Advise organizations on DE&I, culture, and leadership, from strategy to implementation.   
- Sell impactful projects through consultative selling: listening, asking the right questions, co-creating.   
- Build strong, authentic relationships with clients, partners, and our changemaker network.   
- Share your voice at events, online and on stage. You don’t shy away from visibility.   
- Help shape the direction of House of Inclusion as part of our core team. 
 
What you bring 
- A few years of experience in consulting or strategic advisory roles.   
- Deep knowledge of and passion for DE&I, from policy to real cultural change.   
- A commercial mindset: you see opportunities and know how to act on them.   
- Active on social media (or ready to be) and engaged in the broader field.   
- A strong network in business, government, or non-profit sectors.   
- Confiident communication skills, whether you’re speaking to C-level or HR.   
- You’re positive, adaptable, and not afraid to challenge the status quo.
