VINTED

In honor of Pride Month, Vinted reached out to House of Inclusion to collaborate on an impactful online keynote aimed at enhancing awareness about the experiences of LGBTQ+ colleagues in the workplace. The result was the compelling workshop titled "Pride is Not an Ad," of an hour in an online setting, which featured a dynamic keynote and panel discussion format.

 

During the session, Sacha and Danielle delved into the realities of LGBTQ+ life at work, engaging in insightful interviews with CEO Thomas Plantenga and Digital Marketing Manager Jorieke van den Broek. This thoughtfully curated setup proved to be a resounding success, providing both valuable insights and fostering meaningful dialogue.

COLLABORATION AND INTUITION

Between Vinted and House of Inclusion, the two teams engaged in a creative brainstorming process to design an informative and engaging experience that would resonate deeply with the audience. ​Together, they crafted a keynote and panel format that not only highlighted Vinted's commitment to the cause but also maximised awareness of LGBTQ+ issues.

 The meticulous planning and collaboration between the teams ensured a seamless execution. Thanks to their joint efforts, House of Inclusion successfully achieved their goal of fostering purposeful discussion and understanding.
