When Center Parcs introduced the “Female Movement,” a leadership network for their female employees, they brought in our expertise to ensure the impactful launch and continued appeal. Working closely with their dynamic team, we have developed various strategies to ensure the success of the network.

This collaboration resulted in the creation of the SheLeads Summit, an event dedicated to celebrating the creation of the network and honoring the exceptional women at Center Parcs.

The summit served as a springboard for future collaborations and laid the foundation for continued efforts with Center Parcs to prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Our partnership is aimed at ensuring that the Female Movement remains a flagship initiative.

Within the company. Together, we're committed to developing a DEI strategy that not only sets Center Parcs apart, but also positions Center Parcs as a leader in promoting an inclusive and diverse workplace.

We worked with inclusive, female-owned companies and speakers to provide a platform for women entrepreneurs, creating a greater impact internally and externally.

Sacha Martina (House of Inclusion) moderated the event and welcomed guest speakers Sophie-Anne Onland, Marianne Bruijn and Kitty Smeeten. We worked with Hands Off Chocolate, Garcia and The Female Fix.
