Together, we made female leadership visible at Center Parcs.

Center Parcs introduced the “Female Movement” for their female employees.

When Center Parcs introduced the “Female Movement,” a leadership network for their female employees, they brought in our expertise to ensure the impactful launch and continued appeal. Working closely with their dynamic team, we have developed various strategies to ensure the success of the network.

This collaboration resulted in the creation of the SheLeads Summit, an event dedicated to celebrating the creation of the network and honoring the exceptional women at Center Parcs.

DEI at the forefront

The summit served as a springboard for future collaborations and laid the foundation for continued efforts with Center Parcs to prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion.
