A strategic co-creation with the Jaarbeurs.

House of Inclusion facilitated a session with key members of the Jaarbeurs team to gather comprehensive input, feedback and wishes

Jaarbeurs engaged House of Inclusion to organize a Strategy Sprint aimed at analyzing their current efforts in the field of diversity and inclusion, as well as identifying future areas for improvement. The primary goal was to lay a stronger foundation for diversity and inclusion within the company. House of Inclusion facilitated a session with key members of the Jaarbeurs team to gather extensive input, feedback and wishes. The collaboration resulted in an advisory report, co-created during the Strategy Sprint, with strategic recommendations for further progress.

DEI at the forefront

This project presented a unique and exciting challenge because it gave us the opportunity to address diversity and inclusion on two fronts: within the company's internal operations and in managing their event location.

The opportunity to shape both aspects was crucial to ensure that these values were deeply embedded in every facet of the organization.

House of Inclusion organized an in-depth full-day session to gather all relevant information about the company, gather data, and use all information for an excellent advisory report. In addition, House of Inclusion worked with Jaarbeurs for their diversity week, where a workshop was held for colleagues from different teams.

The collaboration with Jaarbeurs showed how strong the connection between policy and experience can be. By examining both internal processes and event practice, Jaarbeurs not only received a clear advisory report, but also directly applicable insights and experiences that teams could use to move forward with.
