For those who truly want to transform organizations.
At House of Inclusion, we believe that the best-performing organizations are also the most inclusive ones. A strong culture isn't just a perk; it is the foundation for innovation, collaboration, ownership, and sustainable growth.
That is why we are looking for a Strategic Consultant (mid-level/senior) for at least 32 hours a week to help organizations elevate their culture. We need someone who understands how leadership, team dynamics, psychological safety, performance, and inclusion are interconnected. A consultant who doesn't just analyze and advise, but also builds relationships, identifies opportunities, and knows how to guide organizations through positive change.
What will you be doing?
- You will advise organizations on culture, leadership, collaboration, and organizational development—from strategy to implementation.
- You will guide executive boards, HR teams, and leaders through complex change processes.
- You will identify commercial opportunities and translate conversations into impactful projects. Consultative selling is in your DNA: you listen, ask sharp questions, and think along with the client.
- You will develop long-term client relationships and build our network of clients and changemakers.
- You will represent House of Inclusion at events, roundtables, workshops, and online. You enjoy being visible and sharing knowledge.
- You will actively contribute to the growth of House of Inclusion and help further develop our services.
Who are you?
- You have several years of experience as a consultant, organizational advisor, or in a strategic advisory role.
- You have an affinity for organizational culture, leadership, team development, and change management.
- You spot commercial opportunities and know how to turn trust into sustainable partnerships.
- You switch effortlessly between interacting with a management team, an HR director, a CEO, or a project team.
- You are curious, analytical, and not afraid to ask critical questions.
- You are energized by complex challenges and enjoy collaborating with clients to find solutions.
- Experience with or knowledge of diversity, inclusion, and/or social safety is a major plus. You understand that inclusion is not an end in itself, but a vital building block for a healthy, future-proof organization.
What do we offer?
- A key role within an ambitious and entrepreneurial consultancy firm.
- Plenty of room for entrepreneurship, your own ideas, and personal development.
- Flexible hours and the opportunity to help shape the role.
- Varied assignments at leading organizations that are truly committed to change.
- A small but highly driven team where hard work, fun, and social impact go hand in hand.
- A growing community of experts, clients, and changemakers that extends beyond the workplace.
